Bukhara (Muhammad Shaybani)

Adds the Khanate of Bukhara, under the Great Khan Muhammad Shaybani. Shaybani lead the Shaybanids to conquer all of Central Asia, following his father's legacy from the Uzbek Khanate. He established the foundation of a Bukharan state based on culture and commerce that would last for centuries.
