Description


Welcome to the Combine Overwatch Advisor Voice mod.

This mod adds the Combine Overwatch Advisor voice to the advisor voice options, bringing you deeper immersion if you are a Half-Life maniac (like me).

If you find any mistakes or bugs, please do let me know and I'll fix them as soon as I can.

@Thel Wattinree I haven't checked, but I haven't been messing with the important files so I think yes, but I am not sure.

Basically what I did what i took the Overwatch, Nova Prospekt, and City 17 Citadel sound files from all Half Life episodes, and then i used program Audacity to cut or combine the voice lines so they fit better into Stellaris, everything was cut by me, and I did not use anyone else's work (except Valve's ofc) for this mod, just for clarification :)
