EFT BEAR voices for Insurgents

Escape from Tarkov's BEAR operators voicelines replace Insurgents voicelines.
Squad leaders and subordinates have different voices. (BEAR 2 - Mikhail and 3 - Sergei respectively)

No HQ announcer voicelines were replaced because there weren't enough fitting lines.

Security Forces are referred to as USEC (or tourists), keep that in mind if you want to mix this voicepack with some other non-Tarkov one.

Enter "snd_restart" in console if it doesn't work.
