Evangelion - Next Episode (Jikai Yokoku) Safehouse Music

Description
Changes the default safehouse music for both L4D1 and L4D2 campaigns to the "Next Episode"
(also known as "Jikai Yokoku") theme from the Neon Genesis Evangelion anime television series. I decided to use "Jikai Yokoku II" as it's about 10 seconds shorter than the original "Jikai Yokoku."
