Risk of Rain 2 Captain Armor

Description
Adds the Captain's armor from Risk of Rain 2.

UPDATE: Reduced resistances on coat in accordance with the nerf to all innerwear clothing that happened months ago and reduced resists on helmet to 25%. Will try to look into making body armors and toolbelt invisible while wearing the coat when I have time so it looks less jank.

Includes two pieces of clothing:
-Captain's Radio Helmet
-Captain's Coat

They can only be found in Military Outposts for sale.

Captain's Radio Helmet:
- 25% Resistance to blunt trauma, lacerations, bite wounds and gunshot wounds.
- +15 Helm skill boost
- Enables radio communication
- Built-in diving mask
- Oxygen tanks are only used up when needed


Captain's Coat:
- 15% Laceration and Gunshot Wound resist
- 5% Blunt Force Trauma resist
- +5 Weapons skill boost
- +2 inventory slots for small items

Note: Coat may look jank with body armor or tool belt equipped.

It's on par with the high tier Separatist outfit in terms of resistances, which is probably the strongest inner wear clothing in the base game. I really don't want to make it far stronger than any base game item, especially considering you're getting already 2 free small item slots and +5 weapons skill which the high tier Separatist outfit doesn't get. I think it's fine as is, increasing the resistances will just make it really unbalanced.

The resistances of the coat is already on par with some of the better inner wear clothes in the game while having item slots and the helmet resistances are just straight up better than most of the hats in the game while having the diving mask functionality on it.

I don't think the resistances need to be increased. Any resistances specifically you think should be increased?
