Real Galaxy+Quadrant Fixed

Description
Real Galaxy 모드와 Quadrant Fixed 모드를 결합해 호환시킨 모드.
기존의 리얼 갤럭시와 쿼드런트 모드는 적용할필요 없으며, 이거 하나만 있으면 사용 가능.

기능:
- 두 모드 합침
- 리얼 갤럭시 모드로 인해 밝아진 은하에 맞춰 동심원들의 밝기를 높여 시인성 확보
- 동심원의 회전속도 증가, 내부의 원일수록 빠르게 회전
- 코어,이너 림,미드 림,아우터 림 등등을 나타내주는 캡션 파티클을 은하 맞은편에 하나 더 추가, 느린 속도로 회전시킴

Would it be possible to have this mod only add in the "Quadrant Fixed" features rather than copying over "Real Galaxy" in its entirety?
