Lockheed P-38L Lightning w Rockets 1.2 by Uncle T

FOR VERSION 1.2!
It's now fully made of oak and some aluminium instead of mainly foam, some oak and some aluminium and it flies pretty well albeit a little like an RC-plane.
Sadly rolling even with a relatively short wingspan like this one is completely ruined in 1.2.
Also the drag of the rockets is rather extreme with the new fluid dynamics especially at speeds over 200kph making it very nose "heavy" before the rockets have been fired. Nothing I can do I'm afraid if we want the boom-boom.
My version of the Lockheed P-38 Lightning.

It's an approximation, not a 1:1 replica.

The is the L model with more powerful engines and reinforced wings so it was able to carry a considerable weapons load, and it's armed with 4 machine guns and one 20 mm automatic cannon (the bigger "machine gun") in the nose and 12 M8 rockets under the wings.

Fixed Rocket launchers so they work a lot better, not perfectly but a LOT better than before. The rockets need to be attached at the back so it looks a bit janky but it's preferrable that the rockets going roughly the right way.

It's a bit nose heavy at low speeds with the weapons load so be careful on take-off.

Alt controls to fly.
W/S: Variable throttle.
S: Ground brakes.
A/D: Ground steering and yaw.
Up/Down arrow: Pitch.
Left/Right arrow: Roll.
X/Disable steering: Landing gear.
Fire action 1/Num 1: Machine guns and cannon.
Fire action 2-7/Num 2-7: Fire rockets in pairs. NOTE! Fire them in numerical order to avoid risk of the top ones hitting the bottom ones if fired first.
L/Headlights: Landing lights.
