The man known only as the "The Informant" to everyone but a few high ranking members of the administration is almost single-handedly responsible for revealing the attempted insurrection.

You realize that promise was not upheld when a panicked phonecall from him is forwarded to you, during the frantic attempt of reaching his home the call suddenly end and reports of a explosion in his neighbourhood starts circulating.
