Aky's Stars Remove patch

Removes the stars from the starbound, this shouldn't improve the performance much, I made this little patch because I don't like them, I think the space should be darker and not a starry sky, that's all.

I don't know how much this will affect gameplay, I also don't know if it removes something vital from the game, so far not much has changed, so let me know if it removes something vital from the game.

This mod was created for study, I'm starting in this world of creating mods and content for starbound, so consider, bugs and failure, and that I won't always be able to fix them,
