Ok with that out of the way, what is this? Think of it as a spinoff installment in the Streets of Variety series, but focused specifically on modded vendors and general service providers. There is no real theme beyond that, just 250 new chunks with lots of cool new features that require the above mods to function seriously go download the damn mods or it won't work this run on sentence is your final warning.

There are sporting goods, clothing, gardening and other specialized stores. New gangster hybrid classes like blahd thieves and crepe doctors, plus the Clone Boys finally got their ♥♥♥♥ together and are united as a proper third gang with faction alignment across chunk borders (Faction 3 for other CCU designers looking to use them or avoid conflicts). Necromancers perform dark rituals in graveyards, moonshiners share their product with anyone willing to reciprocate, libraries exist. There are new payoffs for relationship traits, like nerds that will provide free hacking for friends of the common folk. Gorillas and other ape variants are everywhere and have gotten much better at capitalism. It's a lot to cover here, just trust me that there's some new stuff to interact with in the pack.
