Reconstructor Addon in Vanilla Tab

I always want to find the Reconstructor but it gets a little hidden in my crowded mod tab. So I made it show up in the vanilla tab and now it can be with its friends. And I kinda sorted them to be next to each other too. If you all hate it I'll take that out.

(Doesn't technically require pat man's fix to work but honestly, why would you not use the thing that makes it light up properly?)
