New Monarch v3 (Fix)

I have completely altered the monarch's arm so it has become tougher and added the XO16A2 Chaingun weapon

Control
Press J to open the Monarch capsule
Press U to unfix (lock) multiple rocket launchers
Press I to start firing multiple rocket launchers
Press H to activate boosters on Monarch
Press N to release the grip from your hand
Press O to start firing from XO16A2 Chaingun
Press L to activate the XO16A2 weapon boost
Press B to lock the weapon

Mods are not required
