Allows Water Passage for Naval Units and Cargo Ships. Yields: +1 Gold and +1 Culture.
+1 Culture and +1/2/3 Gold from adjacent Trading Posts, Villages, and Towns.
Requirements: Gunpowder technology. Must be built on an existing Fort Improvement.
Balance: -20% Combat Strength for Land Units. Naval Units cannot attack from a Canal.

World Wonder: Suez Canal

Constructed in a Coastal City, the Suez Canal Wonder grants an extra Trade Route slot.
Also provides +2 Gold from Canals, and +1 Gold from Forts and Citadels.
A powerful strategic and economic asset reflecting the real-world impact of its namesake.
