Destructible house built from floorplan

I picked a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom 1 story 0 garage floor-plan, converted it to gmod prop units and made some changes, the original plan had a basement, I put a laundry where the basement stairs used to be. Fully destructible, I would have kept working on it but the dupe tool was freaking out and forgetting the settings, so some chairs have collision when they shouldn't. I tried three times, it can't be fixed -w-

As with the last one, may require wiremod, though this one shouldn't need CS:S
