Description
Tired of all those skills on your character skill trees that went from giving you extra winds of magic to none (or basically none). Well I believe I have updated all of those skills to now increase you max winds of magic capacity and minimum winds of magic. This is as close as I could get for now to the old skill functionality. This now means your mages will go back to contributing lots of extra winds of magic to your armies. I also left on any "increasing winds of magic stuff" as since this change does not out right add the winds of magic to your pool it is still weaker than in WH2 so I figured leaving that on would help balance out the change.

I love the amount of magic this adds but I can't help noticing that extra power reserve from skills or abilities of heroes is not displayed or demonstrated in the winds of magic pool on the campaign map.

Put a point into the magic reserves skill on a necromancer for example and you will see that the winds of magic pool does not show an increase, present or future.

In WH2 you could see the various sources of WoM for your WoM bar by hovering over it, that's what I want to see here!
