Oh no! Looks like CA accidentally nerfed cunning a ton in WH3! I'm sure that was by accident right? Well don't worry I fixed it for them.

*CA made it so cunning only helps when your in your own territory*

Yea needed fix. i hope ca will read this. its retarded for beastmean to have cunning trait that work in THEIR land after they made mechanic when they need like 5% province. WTF ca

thanks man, I'm so annoyed by how useless so many traits have become... some traits were busted, thats just a fact but atleast cunning could've stayed like it was in TWW2 (or maybe nerved to 5%) but no they need to reinvent everything that could be fixed with number tweaks
