Description
An eye imprisoned with the wairua ( spirits ) of its ancestors to grant sight where it is needed most.

This was intially meant to be associated with the vip ticket for the pubstomp viewing event for ti4 in New Zealand happening at vector arena, hence the New Zealand theme. Whether or not this is to happen is completely up to valve.
