Description
Addon was made in 1.0.0 version of the game.
A simple reskin which gives texture of Elite Civil Protection unit more distinctive look.

I don't really plan to modify the model in any way
It meant to be just retexture

It's just a texture, you don't need to give me anything
As I said, you can simply use Model Manipulator tool since there is already port of it
