A small buff to the storm dragon to make her feel more powerful. but not too OP

Human form:
Hp 8416 -> 9200
Melle attack 65 -> 75
Melle defence 55 -> 60
Charge Bonus 50 -> 65
Weapon Damage 290 -> 170
Armour-Piercing Damage 140 -> 290
Bonus V infantry 0 -> 20

Dragon form:
Hp 8416 -> 9200
Melle attack 60 -> 80
Melle defence 45 -> 45
Charge Bonus 50 -> 65
Weapon Damage 145 -> 145
Armour-Piercing Damage 435 -> 455
Bonus V infantry 0 -> 35
Bonus V large 0 -> 30
Physical resistance 0 -> 30
Missle resistance 15 -> 30

Cant find any mods that just buffs her human form (in a fair way). Would like a balanced human only Miao Ying.
