Item Renaming

Description
A simple mod that lets you rename items.

Right-clicking a heavy work bench lets you change the name of your currently held item.

Renaming a pet, light pet, or summoner item will give those a name tag matching the item's name.

When renaming armor, minions spawned by the set bonus also get renamed.

I'm getting a bug where renaming modded items causes the UI to spaz and freeze when confirming the rename choice. Vanilla items work okay.
