[WOTC] SPARK Ruler

Description
Overview
This mod introduces a new Ruler enemy - SPARK. ADVENT has somehow managed to build a SPARK powerful enough to rival XCOM's own SPARK. Starts appearing at Force Level 16 - so a late game ruler. Ability-wise... I let you find out in-game via F1. If you are able to kill it, it will drop 2 items: a new SPARK armor that XCOM's SPARK can use, and a new utility ammo; CTD rounds.

This mod also introduces a new common enemy: ADVENT SPARK. Shares similar abilities to its superior SPARK Ruler. Starts appearing around FL12 - similar to ADVENT's Heavy MEC.
Many things are configurable; please peruse this mod's configuration files. You can customise the looks/appearance of these new units if you wish.

Required mods are required.

Compatibility
Should be compatible with almost anything. There are other mods that introduce ADVENT SPARKs, but they should work along this mod just fine.


Mid campaign installs
Should work but I still suggest a new campaign.

I wish they'd look more foreboding, like the Muta Ruler.

I am force level 20, already defeated the other rulers and he still hasn't shown up, is there a specific trigger other than force level that needs to happen?

If I want to change SPARK and Ruler's voice from Julian to ADVENT MEC's voice, how should I do that? I just found having Julian kinda spoil the encounter as it loudly announce their presence every turns. Also, I prefer Julian to be on my side ;D

I think I sold the Ruler Spark Armor back by mistake. Is there a way to get it back? Also, might want to give it a name that would give one pause before selling it :P

Checks this mods XcomGameData_weaponData.ini
the value is already exposed to config, no need to override it with Template Master

i dont like that CTD rounds are weaker than bluescreen rounds. Since bluescreen does 5 bonus damage and CTD does only 3 bonus.

I tried to edit it using the master template from iridar but i cant edit the damage the value is set to CTDROUNDS_DMGMOD.
whatever that is xD.

if you absoluetly msut install it mid save i'd recommend before you encounter any ruler defended facilities
