Sentry Turrets [EveCo Fix]

Description
So I got tired of having no ammo for the turret that I like using. I noticed the mod wasn't being updated, and on top of that my original input on the small turret using rifle ammo was a bit-

I get it, but didn't like it.


So now I went in, added an entirely new ammo type for the sentry gun based around what I feel is balanced for the time being (Input welcome) and generally made this functional in it's fullest form.

My tweaks are as follows:

-Sentry gun "Mag size" upped to 200.
-Sentry gun ammo changed to '5p56 sentry ammo' which comes in boxes of 200 and cost the same as Vulcan ammo. (Yes it's an ammo box, shut up.)

-Vulcan gun bullet speed increased slightly.

And that's all. Everything else is as it normally is.

If people think overwhelmingly that my reupload of a dead* mod is bad, I can just as easily strip all non-original assets and code and make this just a 'bullet replacer' that is compatible with the original author's mod.

Thanks. Not looking to change anything.
I've been toying with WeaponCore but I'm not too fond of the increased ranges etc. and as a result I'll probably uninstall it. It makes it harder to solo raid NPC ships.
I've used the original version of this mod long ago and appreciate the more discrete profile of the weapons.

Not even remotely. This is an update of an older mod. I'm not trying to rebuild or remake it.

Not just in Space Engineers have I heard that sentiment multiple times. Not even just 'against me' but other people too.

I believe that some people will claim a mod is dead in order to steal work and effort, which is something I don't want people to think about me, which is why I stipulated what I did at the end. It's never my intention to STEAL work, but keep things actually usable for us folk who like some mods, or use/continue older worlds where any change in mods could end with a loss of hundreds of hours of work.

I will say though, I do appreciate your comment Storm. Mind putting a link to the mod in question? I could take a look at it.

I hope nobody is so much of a purist they believe a mod should be mothballed because the original maker isn't maintaining it anymore. I applaud your efforts.

I wish someone would fix the little round magnetic turrets....:-D

дальность стрельбы бы увеличить хотя бы до 1200
