Vecht Panzer II

Description
A fast heavy tank that can move fast and fire a low velocity 120mm shell that deals a lot of damage. The tank is expensive to produce and can defeat the blue seas tanks with ease. However, theres not enough of them. The tank is sparingly used. But if it's used, its feared troughout. Khan's special weapon. It also has an AA or anti infantry light cannon for the gunner to shoot.
