Cut the vanilla Yvresse Mists LV3:75-100 to LV3:75-94 and LV4:95-100

When Ladrielle's Blessings up to 95 ,The Yvresse Mists spread to any region of The whole world owned by Yvresse or a High Elf Ally

No UI change but you can see the description on the UI

Any mod used this script have to conflict with this mod

What should you do if meet the problem when using not this but any mod:
Step 1.close every mod except the mod you think has issue
Step 2.start a new campaign ,DO NOT load your old save
Step 3.try to reproduce the problem ,if the problem still occurs,then that's the questionable mod,if not ,then check other mods.
Step 4.once you find the real questionable mod, tell the modder that you have done the step 1 & 2 & 3，and then tell him or her the problem you met

What shouldn't you do if meet the problem when using not this but any mod:
Childishly ask the modder that his or her mod has problem.
You didn't pay anything for the modder,they have no obligation to check their mods because of your casual remark.
Those who think that the modder should provide unconditional service must ask the doctor to check their brains.

1.rewrite the script to ensure the mod runs correctly(Though I didn't meet any bug but lots of you said that the Ladrielle's Blessings cannot up to 75,so I rewrite and retest once more)
