Mastery of the Elemental Winds for Tzeentch Magic Users.pack

Description
Gives Mastery of the Elemental Winds to all Tzeentch Spellcasters in addition to Archaon and Be'lakor.

Includes all Tzeentch faction casters, all Mark of Tzeentch Chaos casters, all Tzeentch aligned Legendary lord casters, Archaon and Be'lakor.

I included Archaon and Be'lakor since I see them as sufficiently powerful undivided characters that they would have this level of mastery.

Let me know if I missed anyone.
