Be'lakor Upkeep Fix for Exalted Daemons

Description

Summary
Fixes the following daemons not being affected by Be'lakors -25% upkeep reduction:
  • Exalted Bloodletters of Khorne
  • Exalted Daemonettes of Slaanesh
  • Exalted Plaguebearers of Nurgle
  • Exalted Pink Horrors of Tzeentch

This should also allow skills and techs that affect all daemons to affect the above daemons.

I'm honestly amazed by things like this, CA has alot of experience with missing details and they should have learnt something about preventing them by now.

Sadly they still don't get skill bonuses :c. Got exalted bloodletters in a khorne daemon prince army

Thank you for making this, my good man! I was kinda bummed out after learning that exalted daemons don't count as daemons in Be'lakor's faction.
