Trophy Jackal - Qualifying Edition

Description
Trophy Truck Jackal
A modification of the Jackal truck, configured for offroad racing.
Placed second on overall score in the Trophy Truck Tournament.

This vehicle is a one-off creation made for a community-run Trophy Truck Tournament. It has 30 powercores and borders on the 700 complexity limit with 530+ parts, weighing in at over 1,011kg.
It has 29 powercores, around 600 complexity and 400 parts, at nearly 900kg.

Despite the extra modifications, this truck was originally built to be a military vehicle driven at responsible speeds - The base vehicle is not suited for high speed racing in harsh track conditions, and slapping on some new engines will not fix that. It's a tricky horse to ride.

Qualifying Edition
The Qualifying Edition of the Trophy Mod is created to conform with the Trophy Truck Tournament's rules. The original Trophy Mod retains the Jackal's roll stabilizer feature, which, according to the tournament rules, is not allowed. The original Jackal was built around this stabilizer, and is the reason why I wasn't concerned by adding a car's weight in paint on the roof of the vehicle. I got around this issue by, Occam's Razor, chopping off the entire roof! The complete lack of the stabilizer does make the vehicle much trickier to control, especially at high speeds in rough terrain where the vehicle can roll and flip violently.
But yes, the vehicle is now completely within tournament rules.

The truck retains some of the Jackal's features such as the antennas, but the Trophy mod fills the rear bed with several crates, an extra spare wheel, and other tools. The rear doors are bolted shut and the rear seats replaced with storage.
A defining feature of the Trophy mod is the distinctive stripe paintjob, based off a similar green-white scheme I used in the past.

This vehicle is fitted with a 'Blinker', a timing system used to more accurately time laps by tying the blinks to 1 second of the in-game engine. This avoids issues such as physics slowing down due to crappy devices leading to longer laps when measured in real time.
