Spiffo Main Menu

Description
Changes the main menu background to Spiffo. Nuff said, aight?

To apply changes, you need to go to Mods -> Enable Spiffo Main Menu -> Restart the game
After this, the main menu change will be applied automaticly every time you launch the game.
