Removed buttons and blinkenlights and massively trimmed down the internal logic.
Changed appearance of Clock and Gauge. Simplyfied properties.

Displays up to 4 instruments on a 1x1 Monitor.
Available instrument types: None, Dial, Gauge, Clock, Dial Bar

Each instrument has 3 colored value ranges and a 3 character label.
Type "None" will display a label of up to 3 rows of 4 characters on blank background.
Label color, number color and range colors can be set for all instruments.
Gauges have a change indicator (up/down).
Each input value can be scaled with an input factor to fit the 4 digit limitation on the small screen.


Example:
A RPM dial on position 2 with a red then a yellow and then a green range would look like this:

C1: 70,0,0,170 (red)
C2: 70,70,0,170 (yellow)
C3: 0,70,0,170 (green)
D2Label: RPM
D2C1: 0 (Minimum value, start of red range)
D2C2: 600 (start of yellow range)
D2C3: 800 (start of green range)
D2Max: 1000 (Maximum value, end of green range)
D2InFactor: 60 (converts rps to rpm)
