New Formable Idea to Replace the Current one for the Slags(Free States Path)

Free State of Nevada
Formable once you conquer The Den and Annex Modoc
gains claims on All of Nevada(once you conquer Nevada gains a decision to Expand into Oregon and California)
Uses the base mod Free State Flag


Free States of the West Coast
Formable once you conquer the NCR, Nevada, and Oregon
Uses the Gas Mask Free State Flag
gains claims on Utah, Arizona, New Mexico and Colorado

Please give the baggers a formable if they take California. Maybe 'New Columbian Republic' (Columbia was another name for america for a while, and it keeps with the multiple ncr theme)

@Wartank55 thank you for reporting the bug, i will fix it when possible
that formable is from an old submod that got intergrated, i never really checked the state ids on them in awhile
