WARNING - This is a large hospital and may require a fairly good PC in order to run smoothly, especially when well staffed.

NEW Royal Peeping Hospital is the long awaited updated version of my original Royal Peeping Hospital (most popular hospital download of all time). It now includes all DLC departments, making this hospital 100% complete.

This hospital was created during live streams at first and later on various YouTube series'. Uploading to the workshop was something I promised my viewers, but I am thrilled for it to be available to anybody who enjoys this game.

Have you submitted a bug report on Steam? The devs might help you better than me and @Blarla can. As we both do not have access to the dev test build. Just post the bug report in the appropriate Steam forum thread and the devs should reply as quickly as possible with information about what files they might need to replicate your issue.

no i just enter and it says in red DEPARTAMENT NOT WORKING, and the wards are actually not equiped with some diagnostincs and important things so the wards are built but not completelly. in every single departament the wards including HDU are not fully equiped.

This shouldn’t be happening. Can you both describe the steps to replicate the issue?
Have you deleted some equipment by accident or deleted the zoning by accident?
Do you have all the DLCs?
I’m asking because in my game this hospital works fine.

hi i just started out this game 2 days ago and I been tinkering with it more today adn came across ur wonderful build! I been
unlocking this department called the 'general surgery' department and some other departments and the HDU (high depen unit) is missing, is it necessary to need it or something? otherwise because it just shows up flashing with an exclamation mark! Any help on this explanation would be great? haha :D

It is actually easy. I am working on a hospital update at the moment (floor count has increased without modding) which has this scenario as a basis for it. I am currently working on pathfinding. It also includes the Overflow ICU fully active and ready to go (fixed), along with decorating that should be in line with @Blarla high standards. I am particularly keen of letting her try out my scneario as well, to get some feedback from her (I am hoping she can reply to my querry). My update is in line with the philosophy of no modding and all DLC required as well so the hospital itself is more accessible to a wider audience. Unless new content drops I must only work on detailing, decorating and pathfinding tweaking (for both employees and patients). Do you know how I can reach her directly and ask her if she would try out my scenario once I am happy with it to upload to the workshop? Thanks.

Hi @ModernNertum - would you be willing to share that? I can't seem to fix the ICU overflow in my game as well.

@Blarla, because of Steam limitations I have to write 2 messages but can I dm you with how I updated your already amazing build?
Do you know where the game stores the scenarios you make so I can dm you the scenario?
Do you have plans to build more hospitals?

Hey @Blarla, the max floor count is now 6 (without mods) so I pretty much added a new ICU floor to serve Traumatology and Infectious deseases on the 5h floor (although it can still be used by every department so I officially found a way to open that overflow ICU). The ICU bed count is now 20 instead of 10. I added a whole new Radiology specific area to that old area meant for the overflow ICU that would mainly serve hospitalized patients (basically added more sonographs and cardiographs, a common area, waiting room and janitor closets to that area where the old overflow ICU was and transferred it over to the 5th floor).
I am not sure I understand your second pont because I have tried but the game refused to still place decals on windows. Can you ellaborate better?
