yeah its the clipboard,
you add them to a clipboard and then go to the main menu, to settings and go to the mod uploader

How do you add stations to the workshop? I've a few I might be willing to add. (St. Louis and Kansas City Union for the moment. I also have Memphis Central and Memphis Union, though both need updating for graphics. And plenty of smaller suburban and small town stations.) Is this basically just a clipboard deal?
