Moderately buffs your recruitment costs and recruitment times, and upkeep to a certain degree.
Also adds recruitment slots.

Changes
  • Recruitment cost -20%
  • Recruitment slots +4
  • Unit upkeep -20%
  • Recruitment time -1 turn
  • Recruitment time global pool -2 turn

Compatibility
If mod doesn't work, make sure to check if you have any other buff/cheat mods activated that modify similar values.

@Falling.Skies I dont know. Dont play multiplayer. But I would assume so tbh. You can try to have the mod enabled for everyone joining the session.
