It should still work. it's essentially a very small 1-truck waste transfer facility from the vanilla game with no pollution; it's intended that you dot these around your city in urban zones to have very good coverage.

The larger waste transfer truck will come pick it up from your incinerators or landfills.

This is a great idea. I put one in my city and it seems functional, but I don't see the bins. Is there a prop I need to get for them to appear?

These ones are only the dutch variant and I don't plan on making one for the generic, sorry
