The Empires of Old is a WIP modification to turn Arma 3 into Fantasy Warhammer.

Thanks to Webknight and his advanced melee system and scripts were able to have an actual sandbox for total war inspired battles.
The objective of this mod is to expand on IMS and add in new weapons, armor, uniforms and much more from the Fantasy era.

Known Issues:

NOT ACE BALLISTICS COMPATIBLE. (No plans to make an ace compat)
Tank and Turrets have melee AI in them, it will be fixed in later patches

If you're working on Brettonia, I hope you throw some Imperial cavalry into the mix. Mounted knights would be great to see.

Right now, my plans are to stick to this side of the water and then maybe move on. I am trying to work with some stuff for Brettonia, and then Norsca and Middenland.

Just wanted to say what a beautiful mod you’ve all created. I’ve always been a sucker for medieval settings, and this mod alone has let me create all kinds of operations. I’m curious—since I know you move on to different projects—if you ever plan to make more medieval mods, like siege weapons or additional building assets?

Overall, it’s still fantastic. And thank you so much!
