Updated the required mod list, forgot to add LAMBS and VCOM

Hey buddy just loaded this up with the required mods and i got the following error: steamMPMission/__cur_mp.vn_the_bra/mission.sqm/Mossion/Entities/Item456.type : Vehicle class lambs_wp_TaskGarrison no longer exists
