I present you this mod which adds new fictional timetable. It includes 12 lines:

103: Hertzallee - Memhardstr
119: Flughafen Tegel - Hauptbahnhof
132: Prenzlauer Berg - Turmstraße
138: Hertzallee - Turmstraße
145: Hauptbahnhof - Hertzallee
159: Ostbahnhof - Flughafen Tegel
167: Hertzallee - Flughafen Tegel
230: Warschauer Str - Hertzallee
251: Indira Gandhi Str - Memhardstr
288: Michelangelostr - Philharmonie Süd
292: Robert Koch Platz - Philharmonie Süd
297: Warschauer Str - Indira Gandhi Str
