Description
We have confermed the location of Cesar Gartingo.
Gartingo works for the underboss La Garcia "the head of
production" for the Gomez Cartel. Your misson is to find
and capture Cesar Gartingo alive! for interrogation.
Watch out for patrols around the property and try to
stay quiet we dont want a bloodbath.
