I know he's the WHITE dwarf but the colour should probably be more rugged and worn as his hair and beard has lost much of the luster it may have once had.
I suggest either swapping the colour scheme around so the yellow is primary and white secondary and giving the white some greyish tones.
Compatibility with Radious:
If you have RPFM, delete Factions_Tables from Radious Mod, or only the Dwarf data in there. Deleting the whole thing makes it work, just not sure about few rows.
If creator of Radious keep Factions_Tables in the mod, it will always conflict with recolor mods.
Well, maker of Radious mod would need to take data from Factions_Tables and modify the color data.
I'm actually doing my own kinda "reskin" for HE, working on it now... Using original game files and modifying them. Though as you say, file name is important, and Radious might changes name files, adding some scripting behind to hold everything together.
I don't know, except for Factions_Tables. Radious mod touches a lot of things from texture reskin (files) to colors (table data).
Disable Radious and try - should work. Or maybe try with Hooveric mod instead... I used color mod on top of Hooveric mod in WH2 and it worked.
I personnaly didn't try Radious mod. So I can't tell.
Also WH3 doesn't do things same way as WH2: some modders just copy and paste into WH3, as I found out someone took one of my file for his "mod package" that uses others work (and asking for donation), instead of cleaning and updating the modded files the right way. That may also cause problems that I haven't encountered yet because I kinda control the mods I create and the other mods I use aren't graphical (except my own mods).
I took notes on the ROR regiments (dwarfs).
In the meantime you can check out my new Faction Colored Saddles mod for HE dragons

Eitheir way, it's gonna take about same time. Faction colors just require a script tweak and removing color from color texture file. The longest part is selection job.
Neutral colours would probably be better and save you some time as they would be the same for all as you mention. Better save yourself the trouble IMO.
