Up to date for Omens of Destruction.

Very straightforward, this one. Just changes Sartosa's army and unit banners to be yellow like their flag and not the yucky pea soup they have by default for whatever reason. It's not a completely 1:1, but should be close enough for purposes. Compatible with everything.
