Description
It's a minor add-on that gives the game a 1 in 10 chance to spawn an Elite Metrocop (custom texture).
Nothing too crazy, but I figure someone might like it.

Can you make one where it has 1/10 chance to spawn this guy but it has the elite metrocop model please?
