Description
Half price for barricade and monument buildings.

It can't get more simple than that, I mean have you ever seen someone take barricades seriously?
Even though they should be the backbone of every siege, in warhammer 3 they are not only rather expensive but also have many drawbacks:
- you can't construct one when an enemy is nearby
- they need time to buildup
- the unit buffs/debuffs they provide have a tiny AOE
- they don't do damage
- on many points they can be bypassed
- taking them down is far more optional compared to towers shooting at you

so I think its fair to ask for a slight cost decrease for these buildings that I've never felt the remote need to build.

This mod makes a huge difference in my siege battles, much more interesting and I feel like I have more options now.

@FrozenVagabond I'd instead suggest the no walls mod so there are no more walls in the game and you can enter or move about where you want

Is there a 10x price barricades MOD? It is really annoying when AI make 20 of them and the path finding algorism is so broken..

Hi Nothing. Thank you for the reply, that is all good, and fair enough. It can be a hassle when trying to please different sides/groups within the community and their nitpicking. I like having a challenge with besieging and can see the value in allowing the AI to have access to quick barricade construction time.

AI will also be able to build them, I'm sorry but there's this odd pattern with the community that they complain that garrisons are too small now, while previous patch people complained that garrisons were too large (focusing on the AI garrisons being too large)
so all I'm doing with this mod is giving barricades a fair chance, the fact that the AI will also build them isn't really the purpose of this mod, only to make the barricades viable in the first place, instead of only building towers.
