@shootdack, it isn't about WHY. It's about WHY NOT. Seriously though, it's just a Colored Shotgun Shell. If you really have thought to yourself why has this mad lad decided to paint a Shotgun Shell? It's just bordem. You either pick one of the many Colors or you don't. No one's forcing you.
