ms mall end is part of my modular mall set.
This is a RICO building with 40 high commercial jobs. Without RICO this will show up as a plain park lot with no jobs.
Use this with other Department store buildings to create a modern shopping mall. You will need the "MOVE IT" mod to have a good result, that is why it is a requirement.
