ms mall plain no trees is part of my modular mall set.
This is a RICO building with jobs. Without RICO this will show up as a plain park lot .
Use this with other Department store buildings to create a modern shopping mall. You will need the "MOVE IT" mod to have a good result, that is why it is a requirement.

UPDATE 9/11/2022 : I made this a building with no jobs due to a problem with no customers. There is no door and therefore no customers. The # of jobs in the main entrance and end buildings have been increased to make up.

SAME AS "MS MALL PLAIN", ONLY WITHOUT THE TREES.
