You can spawn the cars in: simfphys>Source Vehicles Simfphys> (Vehicles are located here)

For porting the vehicles.

No other content (as far as i know) is not required, except for simfphys.

@Amir Yes sir they do, its only on the swat van and truck, i will try to improve them, to use them press the h button once.
