I just figured it out... the buildings stairs and that yellow skirt/foundation doesn't snap to the road... but the inner part of the building does. The problem is the stairs and yellow foundation that look like the front of the building, end up past the other side of the road onto the grass. And the RICO settings did stick finally upon reloading the gam.

It's a great looking asset even though it's a little tall... But I can't place it down. It won't snap to grid. It has no services or anything and I can't set anything on RICO to turn it into anything. Not sure how to fix this one. Any help would be appreciated... Thanks

I've been waiting patiently for this one... I knew once a peach-trees building landed on the workshop that somebody would get around to this... It's fantastic. Can't wait to add it to the skyline. Thanks!!!
