Note: I had to remake all hats because the rocks, capes and particles wouldn't show up, pain.

Right, to make it public i used a folder a friend of mine sent me, and changed the images for the ones of the hat, then put it on the game folder and upload from game to the workshop. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/vq41gj02qgt4m29/AACVonHJ80EwC8LRoLWpvbXva?dl=0 <- folder.

I use paint.net with a hat template, and convert google images to pixels where i adjust them.
