Formation Attack for Empire

Description
Making these individual formation attack since AI allies in battle may use the formation attack a bit wonkily, and this way the player can keep it only for themselves (and I suppose others of their race, unfortunately).

oops, sorry I forgot to look at this. Do you know if the regular formation attack for order works?

@Neverending: Sorry for the late response, I just check what happens again and find out that this mod no longer work, the bigger mod like: Formation attack for the order works well.
I think this mod need an update. Nothing wrong with Formation 3 and this mod
