Description
为库嘎斯，费斯图斯派系添加了一个传奇事务官
很简单的mod
在神尊英雄的基础上，添加了四个循环被动
模型是纳垢混沌术士领主，纳垢神尊领主，纳垢遗弃者，三者简单拼接
我对背景不是很了解，所以这个mod也没有依据，

Added a Legendary Officer for the Kugas, Festus faction
very simple mod
On the basis of the hero of the gods, four loop passives have been added
The model is Nurgle Chaos Warlock Lord, Nurgle Lord Lord, Nurgle Abandoner, the three are simple stitching
I don't know much about the background, so this mod has no basis either,
